I came here with my mom and was talking to a teller about opening an account, I think her name was Hannah, and she was extremely rude and unhelpful. We understand people have bad days, but it was very unprofessional. We ended up going to Montana Federal and they made the process quick and easy.

Don’t go here because when you cash a check and THEY mess up they will not give you the rest of the money and it’s just trash

I’ve been a member of this bank with my wife and our business for a couple of years. I’ve had multiple problems with them, I am unable to make cash deposits without feeling like they’re not keeping track of the money accurately. Then, After having a large charge on my card over an item Disputed and finding out that the bank will not help me out, I was then spoke to in a very patronizing way by the bank manager, and have made the decision to take my business to a different bank and leave a one star review for this horrible business.
