The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, rudest staff, and worst banking system. Don’t bank here. And absolutely don’t deal with the Great Falls location if you can avoid it.

Of the three local banks I've looked into here, this one has been of top two friendliest and most helpful.

I just found out that a rude bank employee that did not want me to get my refund back to my account & not spouse to do that but did anyway and hope she lose her job because she did the wrong thing . Cory Thomes
