Trash bank will never do business with them again they do not take responsibility for their actions def do not talk to Alyssa at this bank she should be fired for the way she talks to people absolute worst customer service ever!!! Would have gave them 0 stars if possible

I have been absolutely disappointed by my experience with loan officer corey cremer. From having to send same documents multiple times to him saying he is taking care of updating that I have insurance and not doing it so I continue to get letters saying I need insurance that I already paid for on a structure that doesn't even exist. Complete lack of follow through or communication when I refinance i will be moving my mortgage policy elsewhere.

Free checking. Nice people. Yes, they are human, and if they make a mistake they will fix it. UPDATE (Still 5 stars): It has been several years now; tellers have come and gone, bankers have come and gone. I still really enjoy banking with real people, and it is a great experience here.

Their really helpful and kind, I walk in and walk out no wasting of time.

I shopped around a fair bit for a bank when I moved into town. I wanted to strike the right balance of a bank that had a small-town, local feel and customer service mentality while also offering all the modern conveniences of a national network, online banking, and the fewest number of unnecessary fees possible. I feel I found all of that with First Security Bank, and I’m very happy with our choice. Highly recommend!

Everyone is very polite, courteous and helpful. Smiling faces are welcoming at every desk and teller station.
