The Exchange, Hamilton, MT

Great customer service IMO! This was my second visit to The Exchange to see about selling some silver coins. (The first visit was just to see if I'd feel comfortable doing business there.) Ben was very helpful and diligent to find any coins that might be 'specials', even though I came with over 300 dimes in my little box. Based on my own research on value, The Exchange paid me a fair price (far more than the $0.10 that each dime would have been worth at a grocery store!) and did so patiently and politely.

I have been in several times. Everything is way over priced. And usually not in working condition. If you ask to test it or for a lower price they say you can pay the lower price but it's as so danged if you do and danged if you don't. Unfortunately your better off with fb market place.

They have a lot of items that are overpriced, even if they were in better condition. They will lowball you under $20 for an item they will later resell for 100+ . Wouldn’t recommend using them to pawn, ones in Missoula pay a lot more and are worth your time.

I loved coming in, but they have changed in a negative way. They have a huge selection of video games, comic books, and game guides which is something I love collecting. But, half the stuff they have do not have price tags, and if you ask for a price they will search up the price of the item on eBay or Amazon and give you a way too high price for the item.

My personal favorite pawnshop in the area they have lots of good stuff for everybody in there as well as very nice staff I recommend for anybody

Ben and gale are great ppl with good hearts. Be mindful this is a pawn shop so prices aren't always the price written. I've been buying and selling stuff with them for years. Got decent deals and got totally awesome deals!! Thank you for bringing us another source for goods. With Kmart gone, Bob wards selling out we really need to bring up our local vendors. When my brother died they tested some metals for me to see what they where and never charged me. Truly great ppl

I would say the pawn shop does a good job and they have friendly workers, i mean yeah there selection could use some new things and some items are pricey but it's reasonable because they have to make money somehow, if they keep giving everyone the best offer they wouldn't be in business.
