Kristen @ RMCU was phenomenal. She does great work & hopefully will be recognized for doing such an amazing job. I rarely write such a great review but she absolutely deserves it.

I love Rocky Mountain Credit Union. It is a great place to be. Staff is always friendly and helpful, they are always showing how much they appreciate their members by doing things like member appreciation day where they provide lunch or do give aways of some pretty amazing prizes, and their customer service is awesome.

RMCU is one stop for all your financial needs. From starting your first savings account to buying your home. Everyone is always friendly and so helpful. Hands down the best financial institution in town.

We have been members for almost forty years, but may not be for much longer: We went in (after making an appointment) to open a new account for our daughter: 1. Couldn't get in 2. The person (Becky in New Accounts) who let us in said we didn't have an appointment 3. After informing us that it would take an hour to open the account, she continued to be unhelpful and extremely rude 4. We finally told her we would take our business somewhere else and did so - opened an account at a different bank in less than 20 minutes.

Great credit union. Try the Swipe Checking Account, instead of interest it pays you $0.10 every time you use your debit card.

Extremely good customer service. Always ready to help with any of your banking needs.

Poor service is just what I've come to expect but now being targeted for something I didn't do has led me to no longer want to visit this branch.
