Kristen & Michelle at the N. Montana location were great to work with. Despite how insanely busy they were, they each had a friendly, inviting disposition. My husband and I were their last clients of the day on a Friday, and it felt like we were the first clients on a Monday. Kristen is very knowledgeable about the information we were there for as well as informative. She knows her stuff and we do to after our encounter. Excellent customer service. We highly recommend this credit union for your auto loans.

Wonderful service, you can really tell most all of the employees love working there! Most people who I have seen working as a teller seem to move their way up in the workplace, not out, so you know you are getting someone who has seen generally more than just their current position if you need a manager, loan officer, etc.
