Don’t even deserve one star. They say like they will work with local people. Yet when you apply for mortgage it’s sent to someone in Colorado. They say they will work with people but that’s just a lie. You can’t even meet with someone in the bank.

Very poor customer service, unwilling to work with you on your loans. I do not recommend.

I run 60 k thru your bank in 6 months and you deny me a loan because of don’t approve of the product I sell yet you take my money lol you guys suck I’m switching banks and I have already ran 20 k thru in Jan and feb taking my money and business elsewhere

Customer service horrible, confidentiality horrible. If I could give less than one star I would. They have given me balances on receipts that arent mine, called to do a transfer to someone else's acct didnt verify any of my info. Glad to know anyone can call and move money out of my account. Went to pick up a large check didnt even ID me. Go through the drive through and wait forever they dont even click on to say "we will be right with you"

We do ALL our loans and banking with Vocal. They have been wonderful to work with. We especially love working with Troy.

My wife and I have nothing but good to say about Vocal. Troy is a rockstar and has helped us out a ton and knows his stuff. Everyone in the bank (that we have met) is very personable. They went out on a limb to help our son establish credit. We feel like real people here.
