I've honestly never had a bank work harder for me. My calls are always answered and the women there are amazing.

This bank is listed as one that does HUD 184 loans. However, you can't get much in the way of return emails from them. I contacted Mr. West and had an ok interaction, however, emails with the mortgage/loan officer went nowhere as she stopped replying after two emails and her asking if I was looking to buy a house. So, I went elsewhere.

Eagle Bank is a financial institution that is professional while still providing hometown service. Their willingness to work with small businesses on an individual basis, by listening to both long and short-term goals in order to facilitate growth has made them an institution I am happy utilize! Friendly tellers, knowledgeable loan staff. Altogether a friendly group of people to deal with.

Called, talked to the front desk and left a voicemail for Moriah to get some information on inquiring our mortgage loan through them since my dad talked so highly of her and the bank but couldn’t even get a call back. It’s been weeks and still haven’t heard from them.
