This bank is listed as one that does HUD 184 loans. However, you can't get much in the way of return emails from them. I contacted Mr. West and had an ok interaction, however, emails with the mortgage/loan officer went nowhere as she stopped replying after two emails and her asking if I was looking to buy a house. So, I went elsewhere.

Eagle Bank is a financial institution that is professional while still providing hometown service. Their willingness to work with small businesses on an individual basis, by listening to both long and short-term goals in order to facilitate growth has made them an institution I am happy utilize! Called, talked to the front desk and left a voicemail for Moriah to get some information on inquiring our mortgage loan through them since my dad talked so highly of her and the bank but couldn’t even get a call back. It’s been weeks and still haven’t heard from them.
