Worst banking experience I’ve ever had. Everything from the online banking, the app, bill pay/money transfers have been an absolute nightmare. Customer service offers absolutely zero help or solutions. I’ve never had so many issues with a bank in my life. Don’t go here.

I had to change my review of Glacier Bank from a 2 to a 5. After I posted my review, they contacted me and checked to see what could be done to make it better. I withheld updating my review until I could check it out over a period of time. It appears that they made good on their word to make it better as the service improved the last few times I have used that branch.. I feel confident in upgrading their review to a 5.

We went to the drive thru window to get change and was asked for an I.D. to get change if they had any suspicion of it being counterfeit wouldnt they just mark the bill to see if it's fake. And it being a car with natives I'm pretty sure that's why we were asked for an I.D.

I was helped by a handsome customer service rockstar named Richard Thomas who helped me set up a free checking account within a few minutes and was very pleasant to speak with. I felt very welcome and look forward to going back to the bank :)
