Heather was amazing, she got us in on a last minute car loan with the best rate and was such an amazing person to work with. After a crazy day of purchasing a vehicle with our two kids Heather was friendly, amazing and welcoming!! Taking our hard earned money to a business who appreciates everyone was not only impressive but refreshing too see!! We will definitely be going back and doing more with this credit union! Another amazing thing I took note of was our Tribal Identification is accepted and posted as a form of identification they accept, we support a business that supports our tribal communities!!!!

Beware. Though so far Clearwater has been very helpful in navigating my issue ( resolution pending), the debt protection offered is a falsehood. That company gladly takes your money then like a snake backs out when it's time to honor their side. DO NOT waste your money in that respect. Clearwater has been good thus far. But the insurance company they use are a scam!!!

Stevensville is by far the worst branch when it comes to good customer service would have given 0 stars if it were possible…highly suggest going to literally any other branch than this one

The people are nice enough, but if you need help, prepare to be on intergalactic hold until the previous 17 callers have given up trying to get through. My mission was to get my 3X-declined card to be honored, but after speaking on two calls to two different reps, the last one told me MC would authorize the donation, but with a 'hold', then she told me they wouldn't authorize it because i might not be who i said i was and the org i wanted to donate to was foreign...this after answering a bunch of security questions for her over the phone! MC and Clearwater are apparently in charge of what i spend my money on. PS: First Rep asked for my SSN for ID. The second rep said she could NOT ask for SSN for ID. So much for consistency.
