I work with a lot of banks for my business and this is by far the least user friendly. They do not have the technology to integrate with accounting software for businesses(most banks do). There automated voice system is not user friendly at all. They have dropped the ball multiple times with my clients when asked to get things together for business. Would not recommend at all if you are looking for a bank that is easy to work with.

I have been a customer for almost a decade but recently they decided to change the rules without letting their customers know. When I signed up and open my accounts there was foreign transaction fees refunded and it was an interest-bearing account. Recently they stopped doing this and just Bamboozled people without informing them. I called and spoke to somebody and they couldn't care less. They looked into it and saw that yes they should have been paying interest and don't know why they weren't, but they were not going to refund transaction fees because they changed their rules. So I am closing three accounts with them and going with another bank that will treat me better. I guess they don't care about their customers. I have also had my account hacked and after ordering new cards, never received them and had to order them again. After of course getting into an argument with management and him HANGING UP ON ME like an infant. He wasn't counting on me getting in my car and showing up 10 minutes later.

Shortening the day time hours to 4:00 PM instead of to 5:00 PM is Not convenient. The staff are great. The bank is great on charging a number of exorbitant overdraft fees for each check before information is received to correct the overdraft. Feedback from the back was basically that's how they make money. Overall service could be greatly improved.

I think the people that work at the bank are great, but I just don't like having my money in Rocky Mountain Bank. My debit card rarely works (they have to swipe it 10 times before it reads), my account got hacked once, and I don't feel safe putting my money into this bank. I'm moving my money somewhere else.

Been off work with all this virus going on . Have called local bank and customer services for help with small semi loan ($25,000) . So far all I get is calls saying your loan is past do. Know one has records showing I've called or talked to anyone. Even though I have it all in my phone.
