I started baking with the original First Security in 1983...it was awesome! I needed to redo a mortage with the new First Security in about 2008, that was a hassle. Had an econoic downturn in 2014, asked them for assistance, miserable unsuccessful experience. Now on my final day of doing business with the most poorly trained inexperienced folks EVER...I am going back and forth (so far 4 times) with First Security & parent Glacier in Idaho (or whoever they are today) just to get a valid payoff amount for the mortage. AVOID First Security and all Glacier related entities, there are more caring, more well trained and more efficient lenders to deal with.
