Difficult to work with. It took over a month to close an account for an estate.after the letter was received. Then an employee lied about when she closed the account and mailed the check. Apparently she doesn't know about postmark. Customer service is terrible!

Nice huge new building people there are nice. It took close to a month to get my debit card. Every other bank gives you one before you walk out the door. No atm witch is mind blowing…bank closes at 4:30 and is closed Saturday and Sunday making it impossible for me to ever do any banking. Also my check that I need cashed is being held for over a week making my various payments late and affecting my credit. Sorry to say this but bank anywhere else…
