In fact, I hired Teresa to do three mortgages for me and very happy with the outcomes every time. Our experience with Cunningham & Company was less than stellar. We put an offer in on a house in early September, and had a closing date set for mid-October. A week before that date, our loan officer told us she had not even started on our loan yet because she didn't realize we were planning to close so soon, so the date was bumped to the 2nd week in November. We had provided bank statements, tax returns, and check stubs as requested, along with several other military documents that they said they needed, and a check for $400 for an appraisal they said they had to do. Over the next few weeks, it became clear that, although they advertise that they do VA loans, they really have no idea how that process works. Two days before we were supposed to close for the second time, we found out that, even though we had provided them with the check for the appraisal a month earlier, that it had not been done yet, so the closing date would have had to have been pushed forward yet again. I would not recommend Cunningham & Company Mortgage due to the fact that they really just don't seem to have it all together.
