A few of the employees seem like they don't have any bank experience. Also, last week the online portal was down, now today their system is down: ATMs are closed.

ATM is often out of service and the employees claim they didn't know about it. Also, they charge overdraft fees on money they are supposed to be taking out of savings accounts, but take it out of your checking account, causing you to be overdrawn and if you're not paying attention, they will collect the fees before you even know what happened.

Very nice neighborhood bank. Been dealing with them here and in their previous location for over ten years. They are responsive to customers and great to deal with.
