There's nothing bad to say about Home Credit. We have had open communication with them regarding our loan. Even when I forgot the date of the payment they called and were pleasant. I mean you borrow money from them and they expect you to do your part; make your payments.

This place deserves no stars. If the receptionist Amber wasn’t so rude to everyone she encountered this place would have a higher star rating. It sickens me to see someone to hateful. If you hate your job so much find a new one. No one wants to come in and get a loan from a company with an employee who mocks, insults and pretty much harasses them.

I've been a customer for one year now and I honestly can't say anything negative! Make your payment on time if not communicate with them and you'll be perfectly fine! Came to them when my credit was less than stellar and they've helped me reestablish myself! Strongly recommend for those in a similar situation

First off I’d like to say that the Asheville branch was a pleasant surprise after reading the reviews I was a little worried but the people were really friendly. trying to finance an older motorcycle (12yrs old) was not easy but home credit had no problem with it the interest rate is a little high but that’s to be expected this company prides itself on helping people rebuild or establish credit but at the end of the day they are a finance company and she couldn’t stress enough not to be late or miss a payment but also told me if I ever had problems with the payment to call and they will do everything in there power to help. So would I recommend this place yes and no if you are having a hard time with your credit or getting a loan for something a bit older and no one will help chances are home credit will get you on your way if you don’t have those limitations then maybe your best bet is to go to your local credit union but for my situation home credit co was the best choice and I can’t thank them enough for helping get my dream bike
