Lendmark Financial Services LLC, Burlington, NC

I didn't have a problem with Lendmark, at all. I financed an Aluma trailer through them that I purchased from Superior Trailers in Burlington, NC. The approval process was smooth and I paid them back on time and very quickly. Yes, the rate is high, but that was expected and I didn't care since I paid my loan back in only a few short months. I didn't deal with the people at their office directly and their website could use some modernization, but overall, this was easy and painless for me. 1 start short of 5 only for their website.

Usually I deal with my local NCSECU but had used Lendmark once in the past where I paid a 4,000 loan back in less 4 months. I decided to use them again on a 5,000 loan that i have paid on since February with no issues until i decided to pay my loan off early again. My payment was due on the 3rd of each month and instead of making the regular payment on Sept 3, i decided to just wait and pay them off in full on Oct 1 with some money i had coming to me. Even after i had called and told them what i was going to do, they told me they couldn't wait 2 weeks for me to do that, that they needed a payment before i paid it off in full. Thing is, I've always made my payments and they've never had a issue with me "not once" But acted like i was 3 months behind on my payments. In my opinion, this was not good customer service and from now on I'll just do business in the future with ncsecu like i shouldve to start with. This is in no way how you treat your on time paying customers! Honestly, i believe their mad I'm paying it off early!

This place is terrible do not go get a loan from them the interest rate is redicilous high for example I borrowed 2400 dollars from them used my car for collateral and there saying I owe over 6000 back they will not work with you on the payments they will take you to court even though you tell them to come pick up your car you used for collateral horrible place!!!!!
