The office staff (Robin and Tammy) have always been helpful. Straight, direct and to the point with handling business. When life was happening all at once, and I missed a payment date, I received a phone call. Not lamenting, chiding, or fussing at me, but asking if all was well. Why? I’d never missed a payment and usually always paid a week ahead. Hogans dad took the time to look at my history and assumed something might be going on. That’s service with concern. Hogan learned of my issue with the car they’d financed, and took time to explain options to consider regarding the warranty I purchased with LessExpensiveCars. I bought the car one year ago and it decided to die all at once. I’d forgotten about my purchased warranty. Thank you Hogan. That’s service with care. Hogan is the definition of wonderful customer service. Metrolina credit was there for me when many lenders wouldn't be. They work with you from start to finish. What I mean by that is not only do they work with you to get the loan but they work with you during the duration of your loan if unforseen occurrences arise. It's not just about money with them they truly care for you as a person. And as far as not being able to pay online, it literally took me less than a minute to call in and make a payment, I did it for years with no problem and the people who answer the phone are beyond pleasant.
