Brandon Montelongo is the greatest Member Service Representative at First Flight Federal Credit Union. He worked with us to refinance our Mustang in March 2020 and then worked with us this month to process our loan on a Ford Explorer. Brandon has a great work ethic and a very professional attitude. His communication through the loan process is top notch. It is uncommon this day and time to find someone who truly cares about their customer.

I absolutely love First Flight, it's the best credit union I have ever worked with. I usually work with Catherine, and she is awesome!! She always responds quickly when I have a question, and she goes out of her way to make sure I'm happy.

The next time that you finance a loan, ask for Mandy at First Flight Federal Credit Union in Cary. My husband and I purchased our first medical conversion van with no clue about the complexities involved. (This is not "your" average purchase.) Mandy handled every detail with expert knowledge and humor. I can't imagine anyone doing a better job. And then to top it off, she delivered the check to the dealership the day before closing, to ensure that everything would be ready for us. (We live 70 miles from Cary / the dealership.) If I could adopt her, I would. In a world full of incompetence, what a refreshing change!

Not sure about the negative reviews regarding car loans because my experience was seamless considering the fact that I bought my vehicle from a dealer in MA. Beverly answered all of my questions and was super responsive. As far as branch service, I have dealt with the Cary and the Holly Springs offices. They're very friendly and attentive. I had a small issue with my savings and they took care of it expediently (thanks Mandy!). Also, the National Credit Union Insurance Fund insures deposits with credit unions and is more financially sound than the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation that insures bank deposits. All in all FFFCU is a great financial institution to deal with!

I had a horrible experience when the dealership financed my new car here, and received no help when I called the Credit Union directly. I am refinancing my loan as quick as possible and will have no dealings with this credit union in the future. It was the worse customer service I have received in a VERY long time.

I recently purchased a new SUV and was able to obtain an amazing interest rate at First Flight! Michelle Brown helped me and made the entire process easy. I was not a First Flight Credit Union member, but Michelle guided me through that process and was so professional and great to work with! Now I have a checking and savings account there and will consider using their other services in the future!

First Flight Credit Union Bank at 1815 Kildare Farm Rd has excellent customer service. Officers there are friendly, thoughtful, respectful, and always willing to help and guide you financially if you need to do so. My family and I became customers at First Flight several years ago. A great institution. Michelle has a very nice way to treat customers. Usually we talk to her when visiting the bank. I highly recommend this institution for savings, loans, and other financial issues. Keep the good work. Humanity needs the kindness of every single person. Peace.
