First Horizon Bank, Cary, NC

I want to thank the excellent staff of this banking agency: Carpenter Fire Station Road-Cary/NC. More especially to Mr. Cesar Syoufi (Relationship Banker). We made a wire transfer to Germany from here. As they took a long time to receive it there, Mr. Syoufi, after investigating with the staff and the international operation, what was happening, wrote a formal document to the German company demonstrating the authenticity of the banking management and technically justifying the process. The initiative solved our need in an emergency situation. In addition, the attention of Mr Syoufi in our language, the Spanish Language, has ensured in this experience that we are clients of an extraordinary Bank. Thank you First Horizon!

Utterly despise coming to this location!! We are a military family who moved to the area 3 years ago and with our bank not within driving distance we opened an acct with CB. This particular location has one old woman who mainly works the drive thru who is extremely unfriendly, judgemental and rude! I asked her today to deposit money into my shared checking account which I share with my husband. Clearly this was a hard task bc she had to come back to the window 3 times before accomplishing this then when I asked her which account she deposited it into she says "the one with no money in it". Great answer since none of my accounts have money in it. I don't think I need to explain to her or anyone how I only use this bank to cash, withdraw and transfer money. This place doesn't even deserve a one star!

Our families beloved bank since we moved from Florida,we the entire family and friends doing good banking with Capital bank, in particular our branch manager Joe, Senior Teller Miss Betty, Mr.Michael are very friendly and as soon as I walking in they recognized me , very happy with the bank , even though the bank merged with First tennesTen bank We are still enjoying this bank with the special banking team We wish them all the best Very truly JosephThomas USA
