Checks Cashed Plus, Charlotte, NC

Very poor customer service!!!! I had a large check and it was the weekend otherwise I would have taken it to the bank, the cashier needed to call the bank from which check was printed to verify, however today is Saturday, the banks are closed! The cashier stated the only one to override is the manager, asked could she call her manager and she act like she didn’t want to call stating the manager was in a meeting. While I am asking her to call manager she keeps pushing my check through the slot as if she was saying get your check and get out of here! Her actions and not wanting to call her manager causes a lot of inconvenience to others! Like I said had it not been the weekend the bank would clearly been a problem solver

Hours on the door says open till 6, I was in the parking lot fixing to walk in the door and a lady walked out and l locked the door behind her. I said oh are y'all closed she said "closed". I said Google maps and your sign on door says you're open until 6. She said " we close at 5 now" lady was very rude.

Wouldn’t recommend anyone to waste their time going to cash your check here. They must not like cashing peoples checks . I went to try and cash my check and they said thers nothing wrong with my pay check they just don’t want to cash it ? I asked what was the reason for . They said thers no reason other that they don’t want to cash my check . I went to old and they cashed it no problem

Horrible service, Profiled me and gave me an excuse to not cash my check from my job and the manager didn’t bother to come out and explain why.

they man on the phone was rude , said he cant cash out $5000 worth of money order, i had $1000 five piece , and just said he wouldnt cash it and hang off the phone, so rude..

Very unprofessional very selective who checks they will cash this place need be shut down I was discriminated here. DO NOT GO HERE
