Applied online customer service rep called me back ask me a few more questions. Scheduled a time for me to come in an finalize my loan, went in signed paper work and funds was transferred to my account within an 1 hour. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a loan not just for the money but the customer service.Miranda is one the best customer service people I have dealt with in a while, she had the warmest personality

I had been denied everywhere else, but the wonderful ladies Miranda and Kiana came though and got me approved in no time. Bad credit and all, they still helped me out. Amazingly professional and I highly recommend!!!

Melissa was the most patient, efficient and enthusiastic person I’ve ever worked with she helped an incredible amount throughout the Loan process and I just want to thank her for her service I will definitely recommend going to one main as long as you can work with her!

I personally have had a great experience with OneMain Financial. They were always professional and friendly when I came into the office. The branch manager always took time to talk to me and answer any questions I had. I recently moved and paid off my loan and I appreciate everything they have done to help me. I will continue to spread the good word about OneMain Financial to my family and friends.

DO NOT go through this branch to get a loan. These people will not help you and they lie to you. Not trustworthy. Not helpful. Maranda will refuse to work with you if you don’t answer the phone first time she calls. I cancelled the process literally because nobody would help me.

Tisha (not sure on the spelling) was a delight to work with. It was a headache free experience. I’m very thankful I had her to help me through the loan process.
