Most incompetent. Rude, lazy person I’ve ever had the displeasure of knowing. Sherry likes to talk over you, not know where your money is or how she can help you with anything related to banking including simply funds transfer TO her branch. I know employees are hard to come by but AT LEAST DO NO HARM. Get her out of there!!!

I don't have a bank account but my dad did when he passed and I was not on his account. I am thankful for Mr Corprew that helped with the process. Thank you for your kindness while I went through the process of closing his account.

I called my local branch today with a couple of questions and was spoken to very tersely! I informed the young lady of that and she argued with me. A customer should be able to call the bank and be spoken to by an employee with dignity and respect. Employee needs help with customer service and telephone manners!

Ever since my small, hometown bank was bought out by this bank, customer service has gone straight down hill like it usually does. Especially with unusually slow customer service. I went inside, stood there for 15 minutes with five others waiting in line behind me. A manager and two other employees were walking around with not a concern in the World. Would it be too much trouble for you to get behind a teller window and help your own customers, or is that below your pay grade? I walked out without making my deposit. They seem to never have enough employees to handle customer demand. Wait time is ridiculous whether inside, or at the drive thru. I understand about the lack of people wanting to work, but that is a problem that the bank needs to find a solution for. Forget the app for making deposits because the camera portion NEVER works properly. As a business owner who at times makes substantial deposits, I will be moving my business elsewhere. After all, time is money. Maybe I can find another small town bank that genuinely cares about their customers instead of the bottom line.

The whole staff is wonderful! Sherry is so helpful and caring and always has time to assist me. Cade is an outstanding manager and I enjoy banking there.
