Very friendly and helpful staff! They came out to the car to notarize a form for my disabled mother so I wouldn't have to get her in a wheelchair and take her inside for something that took less than 2 minutes to complete.

Every employee at this branch is especially helpful. Much appreciated!

The one by Northside is the worst. A lot of the tellers just want to see your personal information. Extremely nosey. Only 1 friendly teller K. Gregory. She is always in a good mood and actually helps you.The others act snotty and are not even making that much money as a teller, just enough to dress with a few fancy rags. The grumpiest one is Susan Cavallaro. Dont like your job? Get another one. It aint our fault. They take forever to cash a check. I went there 3 times to get a new debit card with a new sequence of numbers and they kept sending me the same card with the same sequence of numbers. They never got it right. Go to the Camden bank or the one in Hertford. Been having security issues lately and when they call you they talk extremely fast. You have no idea what they are saying. I now having banking with Bank of America and will shortly let this account with the credit union close out. Good riddance!

The staff members are polite, helpful and quick, also pleasant.

I guess the tellers sit around playing with your accounts while there’s management is out of office. Would recommend literally anywhere else…
