I had a minor setback and they sent to my credit report; I finally was able to catch my account up and requested assistance with the credit filing and was given no help and no real support on what to do next. They literally set me back two years of hard work over one payment. I can’t wait to get out of this loan. Ugh.

Over All I think OneMain Financial is Great but I feel they are like any other loan company. When someone is really in need OneMain will help but charge you ridiculous rates when I’m done with them I hope to never to return.

Emily was amazing, she did everything she could for me ... she took all my debt into consideration and she was genuine and kind the whole time. Unfortunately, one main past a new policy about your car have to be less than 9000 . Once she found out she gave me a call and gave me some advice. I will come back to her for any thing else .
