Megan the young lady who helped me displayed the highest level of professionalism and customer service skills that I have seen in a long time. Excellent customer service from the employees at this location on Ireland Dr. Fayetteville NC. I need a loan so bad and I spoke with a young lady named Tracy and I could not even begin to be upset by not getting approved cause her customer service was just so good and she made my problem her problem and went up and beyond to give me encouragement that it would happen one day and not to give up or get my hopes down and I just so much appreciate her kind words, and making me feel very comfortable and welcoming. So helpful and gave me confidence not to get so easily discouraged. Definitely will recommend my friends and family to go see her at regional Finace and the regional finance team. Thanks you guys.
