There was an issue with communication. There was no respect for my hours of contact. I ask for an explanation in about something in the agreement and it was vaguely discussed. Corporate however was very helpful at moving things along and keeping the communication going between myself and the Fayetteville office.

I’m highly encouraging anyone interested in applying for a loan and expecting good/honest customer services this place is not for YOU!!! Terrible customer service due to their employees not knowing how to operate their computer systems. Which cost me a NSF FEE on my account due to “their systems glitch of taking 2 automatic payments out in one month.”
