If I could give ZERO I would! Lisa is the person who calls for payments. Not only she is rude when she calls but She’s rude in person as well. She happened to called me today. She was RUDE and confrontational. And VERY forceful. I am SO unhappy about this that I WILL be complaining about her. If they want more customers they need to hire someone that isn’t miserable ! It’s not just ONE day she’s consistently rude EVERYtime I’ve encountered her. VERY unprofessional. If they have a corporate office i will be reporting her. I will not stop until she’s reprimanded!!
