At the time I'm writing this there are currently 2 branches literally feet away from each other. One is in suite 1 and used to be Greenleaf Financial. The other is in suite 5 and has always been One Main.
So, I've had a few loans with One Main and my last one, approx 1 1/2 years ago, was serviced by suite 5. They did an awesome job. They literally walked the loan through until it was approved. I waited no more than 24 hours for the whole thing start to finish.
Fast forward to now, apply for another loan, assume it will be serviced by the same branch, find out Springleaf was bought out by One Main and the office in suite 1 is taking care of my account. I received one call to verify info yesterday morning at 930a. I have not heard a single thing from my loan officer. I knew I needed to give them pay stubs so I took them over without being asked. This was at 230p. Was told my loan officer is at lunch, she'll give you a call later. So now it has been over 24 hours since they called yesterday morning and I still haven't heard from her. I called the office and she doesn't come in until 10a. But she is just waiting to hear back about approval because everything is in document wise. So.... she doesn't have to call and update me? I've never had this issue with any other branch. Ridiculous. I understand why they got bought out.

Lisa Martin at OneMain was awesome. My credit score had dropped really bad and no one would give me a debt consolidation loan to pay everything off and raise my score. OneMain approved me is just a few minutes. I really appreciate the help in getting bills paid off and raising my credit score. Thank you OneMain.

I applied for a bill consolidation loan through Credit Karma...OMF was a recommended loan company. I was preapproved on the phone with this specific OMF branch for $10000 loan @16% interest, which would have made my payments very affordable. However,when we sat down with their loan officer, it had been increased to 18% and they automatically added life insurance and unemployment insurance without even consulting us, making the payment over $100 more than I was quoted. Truth IN Lending my butt! We walked out without the loan and no one tried reach out to us to see what the problem was...they had no idea why we left. Poor customer service THEN a week after I was preapproved and walked out of their office because of these issues I get a denial letter stating I had been denied the loan request. Had I stayed there and accepted their altered quoted interest rate and insurance, I would have gotten the loan....wow. Stay away from these folks!

My girlfriend and I tried to purchase a vehicle and tried to get the loan through one main finacial and they beat us around the bush the whole entire two days. Then told us that interesting rate would not go up anymore than what it was, next time we hear back from them the intrest rate done went up 3 more percent.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. BELLA/BELL guaranteed a time to call me, she did not. I had to call the branch to find out what is going on. I was directed to another location for service but was told from the other branch that I was given the wrong information. There was no manager available for me to speak with nor Bella who supposedly called out of work and no one in the office thought it would be appropriate to call the appointments that were scheduled today to reschedule. This is a horrible place to do business, nothing has been resolved for me and I will not recommend anyone who works at this location. Horrible business. I am expected to receive phone calls from the manager Adurey (who I was told can't close loans) and the district manager Sarah , who probably can't close a loan either. The only person who tried to help was Roxy (who was given the wrong by her management on closing loans). There needs to be a revamping of employees at this location.
