The worst customer service I have ever experienced. This location is marked as permanently closed. This is a lie. Secondly, they all but refused my payment to close an account. They expressed that Visa was not accepted for more than $1000, as if to say I couldn't have that much. I wasted 2 hours of driving time to pay one bill. If you can on paying your loan off early, go with another provider, and save yourself the headache of dealing with them.
