Bank of Oak Ridge is a great local bank we have been using for several years. They have great customer service and are always quick to respond when I send my banker an email. Christina is great to work with an asset to the bank. The drive up E-tellers are very convenient and are open from 7am to 7pm for you to make deposits with a live person. They also have a free coin counter that deposits your coins straight into your account without charging you any fees! Definitely recommend this bank!

I have been a customer of Bank of Oak Ridge for about 10 to 12 years and have never regretted the move from BB&T. The professionalism and friendliness of the people you encounter; the knowledge of the customer service team; and the willingness to help with any issue or question that comes up is all paramount to running a top-notch company. You will find that in Bank of Oak Ridge. One thing I really like that I don't know whether any other banking institution has is their drive-up teller, like an ATM, where you can actually speak with a customer service representative to help with banking transactions. I recently applied for a home equity loan at the New Garden Road location. The process has been seamless and timely with guidance and continued communication from Sean Parshley, vice president. He made the entire process easy. I highly recommend Bank of Oak Ridge to anyone new to the community or anyone looking to make a change in their banking institution.
