I have been a longtime member here. Always have had great customer service. Recently, I got my first auto loan. Cameron Harris helped me out greatly. He is very personable, professional, and kind! I was on a time crunch with getting the loan, the insurance settled, and getting to the dealership since they weren't going to hold the car for me. Mr. Harris got everything handled for me on his end very efficiently and promptly. Will always recommend him!

Terri was AMAZING! She gave phenomenal customer service when trying to get me an account set up. She continuously followed up with me during this process. I would not only recommend summit credit union but TERRI. Please give that woman a raise! She definitely has earned it. Thanks Terri!!

We have been with Summit in Hickory, NC since they were in the little apartment in a house downtown. Katie Lee has been by our side through good and bad. She has been instrumental in our banking needs to help us realize our long term goals. If you want old school personal relationship banking in your life this is the place. I reached out to Summit Credit union because the owner of our company praised them. I reached the call center to apply for an auto loan and Melanie reached out to me two days after I put my application in. Melanie has the best personality, professional demeanor, knowledge, and went above and beyond not explain the process, collect documents needed, and continued to be patient while we went back and forth with the dealership. I picked up my new car yesterday, and Melanie helped make it happen. My husband went to pick up the check at our local credit union and was also impressed by their staff. I will definitely be a long term member of Summit, and hate that I didn't listen to my boss 5 years ago. Thanks, Melanie (Sister hahahaha).
