Was approved for a 3000 loan I didn’t need just decided to do a personal loan for more credit building and history got a call from these guys who said I was approved then after I questioned them about the interest and total of the loan it came to 29.9 interest rate and the lady then states it’s mandatory the state requires them to charge that high of a rate…meaning I’d be paying almost triple my loan back and that’s the worst interest rate I’ve had in history I’ve never paid half that anywhere else even when I had terrible credit..I knew it was bs so I called back and spoke with Laurie I believe and asked her she said yes the state requires it..I began to spit laws out and then another lady picks up and then says oh I made a mistake and didn’t mean that…this place is a money laundering place never accept any loan here go to select acceptance and speak to cross tell them Chris sent you best customer service best rates and if you don’t get approved here you don’t need a loan never do landmark at least this location it’s to fishy and profit seems to be their only concern

Highly recommend never going to this location/business, tried getting a loan from them and they said I was approved ran my credit and everything then laurie how has no idea what she’s doing forgot/didn’t know the information making me not being able to get the loan and dana was originally the one I was trying to go through but she passed me down to one of her employees (aka Laurie) who once again has no idea what she is doing hopefully they figure out how to correctly run that kind of business. DO NOT GO WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CREDUT RAN FOR NO REASON!!!

Would give a 0 if I could. Most unprofessional experience I’ve ever seen from a bank! Do not suggest to anyone. We were supposed to be getting a loan for a truck through them , we had scheduled a time to sign everything and get the truck signed over to us at 3:30pm. Told us the day before she would see us then! We’re on the way to get the stuff signed over and she calls LITERALLY at 3:24 saying she can’t do it now. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL CAN YOU BE! Don’t even think she would have called if the other guy didn’t show up when he did. DON’T TRUST THIS BANK!

Manager is a nice person however, this company will never stop calling people who miss a payment or come upon hard times. Boarder line harassment.

Update: The response from them was not authentic. And yes I’m bitter because I should have been approved like the first time. Suppose to take 24 hours to get a loan. Joke. My first approval was smooth. No issues. Branch manager didn’t approve the full amount the agent was trying for but I was told to come back in 6 months to try for the rest. Here we are 6 months later and the lack of communication has been horrendous. This is now over a week since I’ve been trying. The first Lady had me submit my stub and ID. I did that twice. No answer. Called back 2 days later and a guy asked me a thousand questions and said he would have a decision. Haven’t heard from him since. Called yesterday and was told the agent handling my request would call me back. Again, nothing. Called again today and after waiting on the phone I was told bring the car back to start the process over. But I’m like why because all the agents I’ve spoken to already know the situation (I have a current loan). Why would they get info on all my tvs and computers and stuff like that and then want me to bring the car back in too? Why wasn’t this communicated a week and a half ago??? This place has gotten on my last nerves. They get one star for the first loan and that’s it.

First loan with them I went well I enjoy talking to cierra she really returns my calls and lead me in the right direction thanks sylvia w.
