OneMain Financial, Greenville, NC

I had a horrible time with the refinance of my loan. The process was unnecessarily lengthy and burdensome. I reuploaded the same pictures 3x. The representatives were rude and unhelpful. It was a very unpleasant experience. I will never take a loan out online with One Main again. Their offices are so much nicer and easier. The offices give 5 Star service!

Shakila was absolutely amazing! She called me over the phone and told me my options and told me what I would need before I came in for my appointment. Apon my arrival I got seated immediately! she went over every aspect of loan options with and made sure that I understood everything! She also helped me with calling my auto loan place to see what would need to be done prior to coming in! I have Never had such wonderful customer service before until I came into OneMain financial! Thank you Shakila for all your help! You were truly amazing!!

I worked with Jacob at the Evans St. location in Greenville NC and within 24 hours, the whole process was complete and I had money in my account within an hour of closing my loan. He was very prompt, friendly and accommodating.

Kim was extremely helpful and nice. If I ever decided to try Onemain again, I would go through her. With that being said, my experience was less than stellar. After running my credit and telling me I was approved for a loan at a certain amount, I spent a few hours gathering the needed documents needed to process the app. Right before signing the paperwork, I was told there was a computer error and that I needed to sit tight for a few minutes. After 30 minutes or so, I was told that the loan approval amount would have to be cut almost in half due to a computer glitch and that they could not do the loan that we had already agreed upon. I do think it was an honest mistake, but it was still disappointing.

I was extremely satisfied with the process I experienced with Kim. She was thorough, efficient and provided answers to all questions. I found doing business with the company gratifying and highly recommend One Main Financial.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I had some hefty bills come up all at once. OneMain financial was able to provide me with the funds I needed at a solid interest rate. The approver was very friendly and made the experience painless. The funds were available the same day that I signed the papers and there is no fee for making additional payments towards the principal.

I was very pleased in the offer and how fast and easy it was to get in and out.
