Scam artist they play you. Never give you the right date and pull your things with your knowing. They tell you 3 months but it's not really 3 months. They do what they want treat how they want. Never go here cause you will lose you jewelry. Talk about being rob without being lock up.

Used to be a good Place of Business but just like the employees that they can't keep..can't keep their files together or the paperwork..an want to go give u the lowest price they can possibly give u .been doin business there for years u until now.. absolutely horrible experience..

Staff has been nothing but extremely friendly and more than fair with prices. The only down fall is how payments are done. You either make your monthly charge and fee payment and nothing goes to principle. ( you can’t pay more than what the charge/fee are) or you pay the entire pawn off and take your possessions with you. And the prices they quote you for your items are computer generated not just a number off the top of their head. I’ve used all the other shops at one time or another and after seeing the fairness and kindness and understanding of the staff. I have to say they are my first choice

OUTSTANDING customer service, CLEAN and well maintained store, FAIR prices and EXCELLENT quality of a device I purchased and used extensively after purchase date. For a very small fee, they even offer a no-questions return. I drove half an hour just to come here. And they delivered. Thanks ladies.

Very bad service they don’t know how to value jewelry correctly . They only wanted to pay me for the gold and not the diamonds on a ring on brought in and they are real diamonds approximately A carat . They told me “ go to a jewelry so they can take the diamonds out and give you money for them “ the lady was rude and didn’t know what she was talking about. They discriminate against military members by not allowing them to pawn stuff for some reason yet they are next to a military base . I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE waste of time. I went to a different pawn shop that was able to help me out the right way and they were more knowledgeable.

Very ignorant,unprofessional,no customer service. I have never in my life came across someone so ignorant before. I will never go to this pawn shop again
