Said to send me an email. She said I didn't have to come to the bank again and could do it online. But it's been over a week now and still no news.

It's amazing how fast a credit card / debit card can be made and replaced if it's lost or stolen!

They took out $60 of returned check fees in 1 week out of my account even though I checked all week and I DO have money in my account. It was not overdrawn what so ever when they took it. Will be switching banks soon

This was my first experience with Navy Fed after creating a checking account online. The service was spectacular and they were able to answer all my questions. The lady who helped me was patient and walked me through the process of refinancing a loan. They were quite busy, yet I did not feel rushed at all. I am very pleased with my experience at this location. Thank you!

If you are a low-income disabled person who needs a representative payee for your social security SSI SSDI benefit payments to assist you because of your disability in basic day life needs for food, shelter, clothes, medical care and personal comfort items, then do not use this financial institution Credit Union as they Discriminate against Disabled people by not providing this representative payee service. Per the Social Security website statistics…Disability benefits were paid to over 9.2 million people. Navy Federal Credit Union brags on their front-page website this MOTTO…Since 1933, Navy Federal Credit Union has grown from 7 members to over 12 million members. And, since that time, our vision statement has remained focused on serving unique field of membership: “Be the most preferred and trusted financial institution servicing the military and their families.” Nice to know they discriminate against our Military, Military family members and Veterans who have a disability. They need to change their MOTTO Vision Statement bragging about supporting our Military, Veterans and Family Members. Serving Unique Field of Membership? I think not. Why does anyone think they do not provide this service? To keep low-income people from using their financial institution? How is not against the American Disability Act (ADA)? This company is a Bigot for discriminating against disabled individuals from all walks of life and especially the low-income disabled people and our disabled Veterans and family members. They will not explain this to you when setting up an account just so you know, you do not find out until after the fact. What is a disabled person supposed to do for their banking needs if this is the only financial institution in your area or any financial institution in your area and they ALL do not provide this service? Make sure you ask financial institutions this question before you setup a checking/savings account with them if this situation involves your or your family. Be aware of this bigoted discriminatory financial institution and look elsewhere for your banking needs.
