Felt very singled out when I was cashing a check once before, there were at least 10 others cashing checks also,and they were handled with proper care! But the teller gave me.no privacy, she even had the nerve to repeat my SS# out loud as heck! "Disgusted"

None of the staff here is capable of answering a telephone apparently. Thanks for terrible service. UNHELPFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL. I would recommend banking with another financial institution ENTIRELY. BB&T is a RIP-OFF!

Closed when it says you are supposed to be open. Don’t answer calls.
