Absolutely LOVE this credit union! Great staff and great products! Highly recommend.

I WILL NEVER do business with this bank again as long as I live. From the $500 a day limit for 60 days for a new customer, to the arrogant main call center employees that answer before the branch answers. There website states that "We Get U!" no you don't! I should be able to rate this bank as 0.

The very cautious when using this company, I made a payment not even a week ago and they told me I was going to be under by a $139, I asked him about the past do they said it was about $70 I asked if to $220 would bring the current they said yes. I get a call one day later informing me that I need to pay $339. Now not even near the due date yet, there telling me it's $889 to bring it current. My payments only $220 a month now anybody with a brain can see that 339 + 220 is not 800. They will harass you and they will lie they will scam you and there's not much you're going be able to do.

We had Tara help us with our mortgage this time around. We simply got tired of working with the big banks. Tara so so incredibly helpful and pleasant to deal with. She always made herself available, even nights and weekends, to answer questions. When she wasn't available I always got a call or email response before the end of the day. Just an all around great experience. UFCU will be our go to from here on out. Try them out. I'm sure you'll be happy.

Exceptionally nice employees... extremely helpful... Focus is totally on the customers.... Branch manager very nice man very down to earth.... Previously I banked at First Citizen Bank... they could learn so much on how to run an exceptional financial institution from United Federal Credit Union... no wonder United Federal is rated five RED stars !!! and. First Citizen is 4 1/2 BLACK stars.... !!!! Way to go United Federal... Job well done...
