Great bank. Great privileges. The branch on Spartanburg hwy is horrible. Horrible customer service. I have to call the 1800 number constantly because they either refuse or don't know how to do something. Won't call back. Won't fix problems. Such as fraud. Avoid this branch.

Worst bank ever. 1st our account got hacked and some random person took $500 out of our account. Secondly their systems go down all the time and you can't use your card or with draw Cash. Ive asked for a certain amount of checking and they mess it up. They don't count the money or listen to the customer. They don't want to help you get loans either. You have to have perfect credit for them to even consider you.

I love banking here they are awesome. I would recommend them to anyone. If you want a change from the regular large banks who treat their customers like numbers, then give Carolina Mountains Credit Union a try you will be happy you did.

I never feel welcome when I walk through the door, which is why I use the drive thru as much as possible. A friendly smile would be nice instead of making customers feel like they are a burden...
