Best company I ever used for financing a truck. Their customer service has always been to notch when I needed to call, and have always been polite even when the staff was busy/overwhelmed. Would recommend to others and use them again.

Awesome people. Had 2 loans from them and never had any problems. Only time they ever call is if you're late on payments and obviously if you're late they will call you lol. Getting ready to go back and try to get another loan.

Terrible people. Rude every time we get on the phone with them. Don’t treat active duty soldiers with respect. My wife always gets in a fight with them every conversation. Go to the Morganton office they are very nice and treat you like a human being.

Very nice office and staff. I live around 35 minutes from hickory. Always call in to make my payment. Very friendly and super nice over the phone. Will def do business with this company again! Highly recommend.

All they care about is getting what’s owed . Rude sassy attitude from head manager . Might’ve missed 2 payments but whenever I paid back it was always 500 worth of fees plus the car payment and a repo payment . Very nasty people to work with.
