The gentleman behind the counter needs to be in Granny's basement planning on a computer eating Cheetos because he don't know nothing about customer service, the pawn business When I pulled in I thought they was closed because there wasn't but two cars in the parking lot. I'm assuming that was his and whoever's working's car. I actually open the door parked up front to make sure they was open and I like I said he didn't want to do business so no wonder the store has no business. The company is going in the hole with him on the payroll. That's all I know and whoever else is there. I never seen them once. I done business with them off and on for years but somebody else will get my money from now on

I needed cash quick and they mostly lived up to their name. I needed more than what they offered and was able to talk them up a little but it was more than the other two pawn shops I went to offered by enough that I felt it was worth actually writing a review. I would have given 5 stars, but they didn't give me what I needed and I brought ~$3k worth of Milwaukee M18 with $2500 worth of batteries. Everything in the picture as well as a battery powered miter saw, table saw with stand and rocket light . Argued that each tool needed a battery even though most Milwaukee tools are sold tool only. 6-12ah batteries, 3-9ah, and 15-16 6ah and smaller with some M12 items, didn't want to give anything for the $800 worth of packout boxes. In their defense, the other shops only offered to give ~$900. Based on previous experience, most shops usually give 25-30% of the value but I guess when you need more than a grand, they don't want to tie that much money up in one person. They do have my business when I need them from now on though.

Not only did they completely freaking rip me off, they also FLAT OUT LIED about the weight of the jewelery I was selling them. I know that it's a business and they have to be able to make a profit, but they won't even pay you HALF of what your gold is worth in weight. I had one ring that was worth $90, they offered me $25. The next day, o went to the gold king and sold him some other jewelry I had and he paid way more than they did and when I showed him the reciept from this place, he would have given me at least $250 more for the things they basically stole from me. Don't go here! They're liars and thieves. They will take your stuff when they think you aren't looking also.

When I am looking for something, I come here first. They keep good quality items. Make sure you pay for the extra warranty, it has saved me in the past. It’s not the longest warranty, but it’s enough time to get home and make sure it works for a couple of weeks. Bought a tv that worked great for a week then quit. I returned it and they replaced it with no questions because I had the warranty.

Call them and ask them if they buy rims and then show up at the store and then I say no

Ok. This is a very clean place and I encountered two of the best employees I have ever met. Super engaging. Very helpful and just downright pleasant. However, this was ONLY after an underdressed and very vulgar employee attempted to help me. She had on some clothing that may be considered "club clothes" let's just say that the way she was talking to and eying my husband was very unacceptable. Not only that, she was on the phone cussing and if I heard one "F" bomb, I heard a dozen. I believe her name was CICI (or so she said). I seriously don't understand how or why you would even consider hiring this person. The two super sweet employees (i wish in had gotten their names) and i give them super high praises. One was a shorter and older blonde girl with glasses. The other one was short with beautiful skin with dark hair. They were super nice and helpful. I will not be sending you any more business if that vulgar women is still there. I hate to say it, but she needs to be on the street walking for her money. That isexactly what she looks like.

I came into this store and Keraghan was the best help. She was very patient considering all the questions I had . She was very kind and sweet! She helped me find what I needed quickly! Definitely will be coming back to this store !

Keraghan Marie Tallent has been my favorite person to help me when I come to this store . She is always smiling and very helpful. And the most important thing about her is she acts like she loves her job loves what she does. To have someone that enjoys helping others either helping them in a time of need or helping them with a Purchase. Need more people like this working in our public businesses.
