First Horizon Bank, Hickory, NC

2 different times they were extreamly rude on the phone and non helpful . Been banking with them for 2 years now. The 127 store is trash. I'll only visit the downtown location now

We have a commercial account with First Horizon. I have had to call at least a dozen times for not being able to deposit checks through the mobile app. They have still not corrected it. Customer service is terrible and we will be switching banks.

I cannot say enough good things about this bank and the personal service they give. They are polite, professional and so easy to work with.

I don't like that it closes @ 4 everyday.

I have been waiting a week today for a lender to call me back I refuse to call her back because I felt like she was being rude with me when i called and asked if my loan was approved ....she said she would call me right back well needless to say she never called and when I called she said oh something is wrong with the file ill call u I've been waiting and me call

Awesome friendly staff that goes beyond what most banks do for their customers. I have a personal and business account and I couldn’t be happier to finally find a bank that meets all my needs. I would definitely recommend First Horizon to anyone for personal or business checking. I use the Hickory branch on Highway 127 and I’m sure the other branch is just as great. Jennifer and Phillip at the 127 location have been great to work with.
