I must say this bank the employees treat you like family, it's not about business they have genuine love for their partons, nice, pleasant at all times. I mostly go to branch 9319 however I always felt welcome at all of them.

Whoever the “NEW” older lady working at the window today was absolutely rude! I did not get the chance to get her name; but she’s new and very rude!!! I don’t appreciate being belittled and talked to like that! She told me “if you are doing transactions like this you have to come inside, do you not see the long line?! There’s a lot of cars behind you!” Rolled her eyes and just continued being rude. I go through the window all the time to Deposit my Work check that’s it! And that’s an issue?! It’s is 3:30pm in the afternoon what does she expect? Everybody is rushing to cash in their check after work and make sure to catch the bank before they close! Like What the heck?! If you hate your job, you absolutely do not need to be working customer service!!!

Very pleasant employees that know you by name. In tune with the needs of your business. Would definitely recommend.

Have always been treated well. A smile and kindness go a long way.

Why don't you stay open til 5 Mon-Thurs like a normal bank?

Make sure to check your account and receipt when leaving after depositing. My rent money which is a sizable amount was deposited into someone else’s account. Huge mistake on their part and I am very unhappy. Susie was rude about counting out my money (I am a bartender) and this just tops it off. After this is resolved I will be closing my account after banking with them for more than a decade.
