After banking with Marine Federal for over 25 years, I switched to First Bank 5 years ago because I moved and it was more convenient to my new location. I've stayed with them - and will continue to stay, no matter my location - because of the *outstanding* customer service. I had never realized how completely lousy my previous banking experiences had been until I switched to First Bank. As will happen from time to time, I've needed help with financial "snafus", and without exception the representatives of this bank have outdone themselves helping me in every way -- and with unfailing good cheer. Recommend most highly!!!

Well it was boring there and business there

Miss Campos was wonderfully helpful to me. Very professional and knowledgeable. However, I don’t appreciate pulling up to my branch, and being greeted by one of those immature Bryson signs. Really?? My financial institution is name calling. AND another inside. No worries, Democrats don’t need to bank with you. But honestly, Republican or Democrat, it’s disrespectful and infantile. And unwelcoming to an unknown ratio of your customers.

Always, always helpful when it comes assisting me with my banking needs. Very courteous in all aspects. I love my First Bank people!! Thank you!!
