The customer service here on marine blvd is terrible! The woman that i just delt with was so rude. I work everyday on base serving marines, so i know customer service and how it should be conducted and she did not hit that mark.. I was asking for a skip payment and she acted as if i was asking her to pay my payment out of her pocket. She was just so miserable and rude i did NOT deserve that!! 😕😡 oh and its funny how only the positive comments get a response fromthe company, but none of the negative comments are addressed to apologize for the bad experience. Disappointed

My dad and I walked into this location not one person spoke or greeted us as guest. There were 3 women at their desk but all had their heads down. Greet your customers. Other than that we had great help handling what we came in for.

Just walked in to get cash because the ATM is out.... Immediately through the door cashier glanced up and made a disgusted face... I look different... I don't appreciate the ugly face. I turned around, walked out, and here I am leaving a review about how uncomfortable she made me feel. Geeeee thanks
