Deposited a check after closing on my house a cashiers check and they still put a 5-10 day hold and take the funds out of your account before they are even available to me that is a little insane on navy federal part for a cashiers check but customer service is good only reason for two star review

I went in about a week ago to open an account and apply for an auto loan. Misty & Heather were very friendly and informative throughout the process. They were super helpful and made everything very easy for me. I appreciate them both very much!

I visit at least (2) times per week and have never had a bad experience at this branch. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Hold rules on your money are not made by employees. Don't blame them.

If your thinking about joining navy fed, DONT…. They will hold your money for 4 days. One time I went to deposit my check and they held it 4 business days!!!! Didn’t even give me a single penny too. 4 words “navy fed Absolutely TRASH”

Have had great experiences with navy fed up until the teller told me that only I needed to endorse a check. Turns out my wife and I both needed to. Waited five days for them to tell me it was denied because of that. Now I have to wait for them to send me the check re endorse and re deposit and wait another five days for it to be approved. Great bank just make sure the teller you get knows what they are talking about.

Been with Navy Federal Credit Union since 1988, Never had an issue UNLESS I created it and they helped me straightened it out. Got several loans through Navy at a very GOOD rate and credit cards

Very awful experience been trying to get a debt consolidation loan from them and just such a hassle been two other places not even my own bank and got approved.Cant even tell me why,after I got denied I would not recommend any of my fellow service members to use any of navy federal banks I feel like they are just scam artist praying on service members to charge us all these hidden fees and not help us when we need it. Will be working on get all my guys to leave navy federal.Very unpleasent and unhelpfull bank!!! Wish I could give them 0 stars
