First Horizon Bank, Lenoir, NC

I highly recommend this local bank. My family and I use a few different banks in Lenoir and this location is definitely one of our favorites. They know you by name and care for their customers. Whether you need to open a new account or need to discuss loan options, these are your folks.

Bank somewhere else. This is the most impersonal, inefficient, place I have ever seen. They could care less about customer service and it is a joke. They refuse to answer the phone and when they do they will not help you with your account. They also deposited somebody else's money into my account and did not catch it until I called them. I am going to set up an account at another bank. I am tired of being treated like I do not matter.
