Terrible experience, they love charging 30% interest after tricking me into refinancing from a 16% loan I originally took.

Been contacted by this outfit at least two times in last 6 weeks asking if I needed any money. Finally received a letter telling me I am approved for a $3000 loan with a verification code and everything. Decided, since it was Christmas, I might use it so I called, gave them the verification number. Two days later received a call and told I was approved for the loan. My wife and I gathered the information requested and drove the hour to get there. After presenting all requested information, was told I couldn't get the loan, but they could refinance an existing loan and not have to make a payment this month. Been doing business with this group for several years. Never late, never missed a payment. Didn't really need it anyway, but take exception to their deceptive and false statements and procedures. I charge $35 an hour in my business and believe they owe me 3hrs of my time and expense for their deception and a waste of my time. I paid them off and never intend to be victimized by their dishonesty, inconcideration, taking unfair advantage of people.
