Received pre-approval for over $2000 in the mail, called and advised I would accept $1500 and they agreed. Drove home in pouring rain to Marion office and told I could only get $1000. Didn't really need that, but just wanted not to use my savings and expand credit score. It's a poor outfit to do business with. Rinky dink outfit. From previous reviews, it seems they have a bad habit of sending out pre-approval letters and telling you one thing on the phone, then when you get to their office, tell you something else. Guess they figure that people are so desperate and they can get them in the office that they'll take anything they can get........WRONG!
