The Representative I worked with took 5 days to call me back and was never very enthusiastic about helping me. Went to One Main and they helped me within the same day on approvals and were very kind. Would recommend them over Lydia and this team any day of the week.

my vehicle was financed through them. horrible customer service prompted me to seek refinancing through a credit union and im so glad i did. thank y'all for being rude to me. it really changed my life! thank u to the one polite employee for suggesting a credit union. my interest rate is less than half of what it was. God bless y'all! be sure they are reporting ur positive payment history to Equifax because they did not report mine for the two years i was with them.
